Healthy Broccoli & Peas Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
½ cup green peas (fresh)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups water
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
½ teaspoon olive oil
Salt as per taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
2. Add broccoli, green peas, salt, and cumin powder. Stir well and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Pour in water, cover, and let it simmer for 8–10 minutes until the vegetables turn soft.
4. Blend the mixture into a smooth puree, then add black pepper and mix well.
5. Serve warm with an extra dash of black pepper for enhanced flavor.
