Golden Saffron Milk

Ingredients:

1 cup skimmed milk

¼ teaspoon turmeric powder

¼ teaspoon ginger powder

1 pinch black pepper

2 cardamom pods (lightly crushed)

2 saffron strands

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, warm 1/3 cup of milk on low heat without boiling.

2. Stir in turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, and saffron until well mixed.

3. Pour in the remaining milk and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes to enhance the flavors.

4. Strain if preferred and enjoy it warm.
