Tangy Harvest Bowl

Ingredients

Sprouts:

1/4 cup raw green moong sprouts
1/4 cup raw kala chana sprouts
1 tsp soaked fenugreek seeds (methi)

Vegetables:

1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Seasoning:

Juice from 1 fresh lemon
A pinch of salt
A dash of black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the sprouts:

Wash the green moong and kala chana sprouts thoroughly to remove any impurities.

If the sprouts feel firm, soak them in clean water for about 30 minutes to slightly soften them.

2. Combine the ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, toss together the moong sprouts, kala chana sprouts, and the soaked fenugreek seeds.

Add the finely chopped cucumber, tomato, and onion.

3. Add the seasoning:

Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper. Gently toss to evenly mix all ingredients.

4. Serve immediately:

Enjoy this refreshing and crunchy bowl as a nutritious snack or a light meal.
