Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) carefully before booking classes. By booking a class or signing up for a membership, at the end of this document you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms together with the items listed below, constitute a contract of membership between you (the client) and us (Guru Ni30). Please ensure that you read and understand our Policy Update further down before attending any class at the studio.

Payment

  • Once you make the transfer please send us the payment receipt of your transaction amount for confirmation of your payment – thanks to this small help, we will keep track of your payment
  • If you cannot pay via bank transfer, we can send a payment link to your WhatsApp. For further details please contact us.
  • To book your seat either in our Yoga Classes the fee has to be paid in advance. Please note that we book the seats according to the chronology of the payment (“first come first served”)

Change Of Price

We reserve the right to review and change the price of our classes and memberships at our sole and absolute discretion. Your monthly Membership Fees will remain the same as your Membership start date throughout your contracted period. Once your contract period has come to an end the Membership Fee will be charged at the rate at the time of the renewal.

Non-Payment of Fees

If your Membership Fees become overdue, we reserve the right to refuse you entry into our classes until the overdue sums are paid in full. Should you default on payments to us, we reserve the right to notify the default to a credit reference agency or other third party to obtain payment from you.

Cancellation Policy

The course fee including any initial deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • 100% Cancellation Charges or no refund in case of Cancellation or No-Show.
  • The Yoga Institute is not responsible for any mishaps before the course schedule.
  • The Yoga Institute reserves the right to cancel any booking that they feel necessary.
  • The student is free to leave the course at any time. In this eventuality there will not be any refund and readmission will not be agreed.

No Refund Policy

  • The Yoga Institute has a NO-REFUND policy for all its programmes.
  • No Freezing and transfer of the membership provides.

General Health Condition

  • Any health-related advice and suggestions given at The Yoga Institute should not be used for diagnosing purposes or be substituted for medical advice.
  • Always consult your doctor or qualified health professional on any matters regarding your health. Consult your physician before changing your diet, starting an exercise (Yoga/Exercises) program.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the members to consult a physician prior to and regarding their participation in the programmers offered by The Yoga/Exercises Classes.
  • Members are responsible for their own well-being during the class and are advised to practice at their own pace, understanding their limitations. Members are required to inform the support team or Guruji if there have been any changes in their medical / health condition which might affect their participation.
  • The participation will be at his/her own risk. The user acknowledges that there are risks including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries.
  • The user warrants that he/she is physically and mentally well enough to proceed with the classes and have furnished true details in the form above.
  • Given above he/she assumes the risk of and responsibility of personal property loss or damage.
  • All children under the age of 16 years are the responsibility of the accompanying adult when attending online classes.
  • We do not encourage the consumption of any drugs, alcohol or any stimulated medicines before or while performing Yoga/Exercises.

Social Media Content Sharing

  • The Yoga Institute will be capturing pictures of various classes, sessions, and activities along with the Guruji-Members present at those times. This is for our various publications (print and electronic media).
  • We respect each member’s privacy and hence if anyone has any objection to be captured in the frame, please feel free to contact us  via Phone Call or Whatsapp with our support team members.

Indemnity

In consideration for their participation in any programme, the participants do hereby release and forever discharge The Yoga Institute and its directors, teachers, office bearers, and employees, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any of our programmes. This release extends and applies too, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist.

Etiquette

  • Positive energy and attitude: remember that your energy affects other people around you.  Please try to keep a positive and happy attitude during your training.
  • We expect students to follow the Yamas and Niyamas to the best of their ability.
  • Usage of phones in the class is prohibited.
  • Our schedule is subject to change.  We would appreciate your flexibility and willingness to adapt to any changes.

Code Of Conduct – Attendance

  • All classes are mandatory.
  • Only in case of illness are you excused from class. Also, in this case, if you are capable you should at least come to class to observe and take notes
  • You are expected to be in class on time, if you are running 10 mins late according to the class time, you will not be permitted to join the class.
  • Repeatedly being late or missing classes without an excuse will be grounds for dismissal from the course.

Code Of Conduct – Dress Code

Members are required to be decently and appropriately dressed in the Yoga/Exercises Classes.

  • Tight body-hugging clothes, short tops, shorts, revealing clothes, tank tops, low cut shirts, short T-shirts, Saree etc. are strictly prohibited inside the Classes. Ideally, the dress code of members are expected to be attired in trousers, track pants, sleeved T-shirts, shirts, salwar kameez, kurta pyjama.
